This is a static site. It runs no analytics, sets no first-party cookies and has no login, no comments and no newsletter. What follows is the short, true version rather than a template.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form on this site, no tracker and no advertising network. Pages are plain HTML files served from a web host, and the host keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time, page requested — as every web server does.

Cookies

Palace of Versailles Tours sets none. If your browser holds a cookie after visiting, it came from a third party you interacted with, and the two below are the only ones that can appear.

Third parties, and exactly when they are involved

• Viator — only if you click a tour link. That takes you to viator.com, which sets its own cookies, including the affiliate tag that credits this site. Their privacy policy governs everything that happens from that click.
• Google Maps — only if you press the button to load the map on the homepage. The map is not embedded until you ask for it, so nothing contacts Google before that. This is deliberate: an embed that loads on arrival would set cookies before you had any say.

Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools

This domain is verified with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report anonymous, aggregated search data about the site. Neither identifies individual visitors and neither places anything in your browser.

Your rights

Because nothing personal is collected, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. For the data Viator or Google hold, apply to them directly. If you want to know more about how this site is funded, the affiliate disclosure covers it.

If this site ever adds a form or an analytics tool, this page changes first. The date in the breadcrumb above shows when it was last reviewed, and questions are welcome.
